## Most asked

- [How to report a message, a person or a community on Fluxer](https://fluxer.com/help/report.md): Report messages and profiles from their menus in the app, report anything else to safety@fluxer.com, and a person on our team reads every report.
- [How moderation and appeals work on Fluxer](https://fluxer.com/help/moderation.md): A person on our team makes every decision on reports and appeals. Our spam filters are rules our team writes, and you can appeal anything they do.
- [How do I appeal a ban on Fluxer?](https://fluxer.com/help/appeal-a-ban.md): Email appeals@fluxer.com from the email address on your account. A person on our team reads and decides every appeal.
- [Official Fluxer accounts and websites, and how to spot scams](https://fluxer.com/help/official-sources.md): Fluxer's official accounts are on our company information page, and we never ask for your password or payment details by email or message.
- [Does Fluxer ask for ID or a face scan?](https://fluxer.com/help/no-id-or-face-scans.md): Fluxer never asks for an ID or a face scan, and no outside company checks your age for us. It asks for your date of birth, and in the UK and Brazil you can choose to unlock mature content with the age range Apple or Google already has for your account.
- [Why was my image blurred or blocked on Fluxer?](https://fluxer.com/help/nsfw-detection.md): Fluxer's image classifier only applies your sensitive media settings and 18+ limits. It never punishes your account, and your settings decide what you see.
