# How do I contact Fluxer? Account, reports, bugs, ideas

Account help, appeals and safety reports go to the addresses on our company information page, and bugs and ideas go to Fluxer Feedback.

Each kind of request has its own email address, and you'll find the full list of them on [our company information page](https://fluxer.com/company-information.md). Whichever address you write to, a person on our team handles every support conversation and makes every decision on reports and appeals.

## How do I contact Fluxer support?

Email [support@fluxer.com](mailto:support@fluxer.com) for help with your account. Write from the email address on your Fluxer account, because that helps us find your account quickly. The matching `@fluxer.app` addresses still work and forward to the `@fluxer.com` ones.

There's no account support by phone. The phone number on our company information page is for legal and consumer-law questions, and privacy, copyright, [accessibility](https://fluxer.com/help/accessibility.md), press, partnership and legal requests each have [their own email address](https://fluxer.com/company-information.md).

## How do I report someone or something?

Use the [report options in the app](https://fluxer.com/help/report.md), or email [safety@fluxer.com](mailto:safety@fluxer.com) for anything the app can't report. A person on our team looks at every report you send.

## Where do I appeal a ban or another decision?

Email [appeals@fluxer.com](mailto:appeals@fluxer.com), and write from the email address on the affected account if you can. The notice you got about the decision says how to challenge it, and [section 6.2 of our terms](https://fluxer.com/terms.md) gives the time limit and the rest of the appeal rules. In the EU you can also take some decisions to a [certified out-of-court dispute settlement body](https://fluxer.com/help/dsa-dispute-resolution.md).

## Where do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Post it on [Fluxer Feedback](https://feedback.fluxer.com), where you sign in with your Fluxer account to post, vote and follow updates, and [reporting a bug](https://fluxer.com/help/report-a-bug.md) says what to put in a good report. For a problem with voice, video or screen sharing in a call, [copy the voice diagnostics](https://fluxer.com/help/report-a-voice-problem.md) first.

## How can I help translate Fluxer?

You can [suggest translations](https://fluxer.com/help/translate-fluxer.md) for the languages Fluxer has on [Fluxer's Weblate](https://weblate.fluxer.tools) and ask for new languages on Fluxer Feedback, where anyone can vote for them.

## How do I report a security issue?

Email [security@fluxer.com](mailto:security@fluxer.com) and follow our [security policy](https://fluxer.com/security.md), which says what to include and what's in scope. Please keep the issue private until we've confirmed and fixed it.

## Is there a Fluxer subreddit?

Fluxer doesn't run, endorse, moderate or take part in any subreddit, and anything Fluxer-related on Reddit is unofficial, as [our company information page](https://fluxer.com/company-information.md) says. For help with your account, email our support team, and post bugs and ideas on Fluxer Feedback.
