fluxer.com is operated by Fluxer Platform AB, a Swedish private limited company founded in Stockholm in 2025. Its founder and CEO, Hampus Kraft, is the authorized representative of the company and its primary privacy contact.

We're registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) under organization number 559537-3993. Our Swedish VAT number is SE559537399301. We use our UK VAT number, GB 518 3631 91, for VAT on sales to UK customers.

How Fluxer is funded

fluxer.com is funded by Fluxer Plutonium subscriptions, Operator Pass purchases and donations, and all three are optional. That income covers the operating costs of the official instance and funds development of the open source project.

We have no venture capital and no outside investors.

We don't run ads or sell your data. Sections 3 and 4 of our privacy policy make that binding, and section 3.1 of our terms rules out training AI on your content.

The source code is published under the AGPL, and self-hosting is free, with no license key or reduced edition. If we stop being worth using, you can run your own instance, and we plan to let you move your community to it from fluxer.com later. Members' messages and memberships would be copied over only when each member agrees.

The matching @fluxer.app addresses still work and forward email to the @fluxer.com addresses above. There's no account support by phone, and for account help it's best to write from the email address on your Fluxer account.

Official accounts

Our official public accounts are @fluxer.app on Bluesky and fluxerapp on GitHub. Only accounts listed here or linked from fluxer.com or fluxer.app are official.

Reddit

Fluxer doesn't run, endorse, moderate or take part in any subreddit.

Anything Fluxer-related on Reddit, including subreddits, posts and accounts, is unofficial, and we don't respond to or correct claims made there.

Fluxer is built by two product engineers, with help from a few other contributors. Discussion about Fluxer on Reddit has not been productive, and we spend our time on Fluxer itself. If you have a problem with your account, email support@fluxer.com. For bug reports and feature requests, please use Fluxer Feedback.

We'll revisit this in 2027 or 2028.

EU Digital Services Act: single point of contact

Under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at legal@fluxer.com. Fluxer Platform AB is established in Sweden, so no separate legal representative is required under DSA Article 13.

Consumer disputes

If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint about the Operator Pass with you, you can take it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se. We take part in ARN's proceedings in those disputes. ARN takes a case only after you have raised it with us, so tell us about the problem at support@fluxer.com first.

Fluxer will never ask for your password, your full card number or other payment details, or any other credentials by email. Official email comes from fluxer.com, fluxer.app or a subdomain of either. If a message looks suspicious, don't follow its links, reply or give any information, and email support@fluxer.com instead.
