Post bugs and feature ideas on Fluxer Feedback, where you sign in with your Fluxer account. Our team follows the posts there, and other people can vote for ideas and confirm the bugs you found by trying the same steps on their own devices.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature on Fluxer?
Sign in to Fluxer Feedback with your fluxer.com account and post a bug report or a feature request. Search first, and if someone already posted the same thing, vote for it or add what you found in a comment to keep all the votes and details together in one post.
What makes a good bug report?
Say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, as steps someone else can follow. Add your platform, such as Windows or Android, and your Fluxer version, and attach a screenshot or screen recording if it shows the problem.
In the web and desktop apps, "Copy build info" copies your exact Fluxer version and build. It's in the menu that opens when you click your avatar in the bottom left, once you turn on "Developer mode" under "Advanced" in "User settings". If the problem happens in a call, please also follow how to report a problem with voice, video or screen sharing.
Can I post issues on GitHub?
No. GitHub Issues and Discussions for Fluxer are closed, and we copied the old issues and discussions to Fluxer Feedback with links to the originals. You can contribute to the code with a pull request on GitHub until we move it to Forgejo.
How do I report a security issue?
Please don't post it on Fluxer Feedback, because anyone can see posts there. Email security@fluxer.com and follow our security policy, which says what to include.
