Can I change my date of birth?

Why Fluxer cannot change the date of birth on your account.

You can't change the date of birth on your Fluxer account, and our support team can't change it for you either, because any correction would need proof of your age.

We never accept ID

Section 11 of our privacy policy explains that we never ask for or accept ID documents, selfies, videos of your face, facial age estimation, biometric scans, or any other document to check anyone's age, including for date of birth changes and age appeals.

Please do not send one. If you send one anyway, we delete it and do not use it.

Anyone asking for ID on behalf of Fluxer isn't us. Report it to support@fluxer.com.

If you entered the wrong date

Your account keeps working with the date you entered. If it makes you under 18, age-restricted content stays unavailable. If it puts you below the minimum age for your country, the account is deleted. Minimum age requirements explains how your age is used.
