You can see whether fluxer.com is having problems on our status page at fluxerstatus.com, which shows the current status and uptime of each part of fluxer.com, including the voice regions. Status pages at any other address aren't run by Fluxer.
Is Fluxer down right now?
fluxerstatus.com is the official status page for fluxer.com, and it's also linked at the bottom of every page on this site. When the app takes a while to connect, it shows a notice with known incidents and maintenance and a link to the status page.
Our status page only shows fluxer.com, so it can't tell you whether a self-hosted instance is down, because each self-hosted instance is run by its own admins.
Why won't Fluxer connect when the status page says everything is fine?
The problem is most likely between your device and fluxer.com. Try another network, for example mobile data when you're on Wi-Fi, or turn off your VPN or proxy for a moment. If Fluxer works on another network, the network you were on is the cause.
If it still won't connect, check whether the web app at fluxer.com loads. When only the desktop app fails, a clean reinstall can help, but read what it removes first. If nothing helps, contact our support team, who are real people, and tell them what you tried.
Why does Fluxer sometimes go down for a few minutes?
fluxer.com has been stable for months, but short disruptions still happen sometimes, for example during denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on our network or problems with our hosting. It had more outages in February 2026, when it still ran on a single server and more than 100,000 accounts were created in 16 days, more than we expected.
