Email appeals@fluxer.com from the address on the banned account if you can, and say why you think we got it wrong. A person on our team reads and decides every appeal.

How do I appeal a ban on Fluxer?

The notice we sent you about the ban gives the reasons for it and says how to challenge it. It's free to appeal, and section 6.2 of our terms has the time limit and the other rules for appeals. Add any context or evidence that helps us see why the decision is wrong.

If messaging on your account was limited by our spam rules and you think that's a mistake, you can also reply to the email we sent you about it. If you're in the EU, you can take an eligible dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body too.

Who reads my appeal?

A person on our team reads and decides every appeal. If the decision turns out to be wrong, we reverse it and tell you, as section 6.2 of our terms says.

Can I make a new account if I'm banned?

No. Making new accounts to get around a ban isn't allowed under section 6 of our community guidelines, and the new accounts can be banned too, so appeal instead.

Can I appeal in my own language?

Yes. You can write your appeal in any language, and a person on our team reads it.

What if a community banned me?

A ban from one community is a decision by that community's own moderators, and it doesn't affect the rest of your account. Our appeals address is for decisions that Fluxer makes about your account, content or communities. If you think a community's moderators broke our community guidelines, you can report the community to our team.
