EU DSA dispute resolution options

How to report illegal content and challenge eligible decisions under the DSA.

The EU's Digital Services Act (DSA) has rules for reporting illegal content and explaining moderation decisions. Parts of it are for larger platforms and don't apply to Fluxer as a microenterprise. This page shows which routes are DSA rights and which are ours.

Reporting illegal content

Use the in-app tools to report content that breaks our terms or guidelines. In the EU, you can also use fluxer.com/report for suspected illegal content, and anyone can email safety@fluxer.com. Section 8 of our guidelines explains how we handle reports.

Being told why

Section 6.2 of our terms explains the statement of reasons that we send to every user who is affected by a moderation decision, whether or not the DSA applies to them.

Appeals

The DSA's internal complaint rules don't apply to microenterprises like Fluxer. Section 6.2 of our terms still lets you appeal, and the statement of reasons says how.

You can appeal a decision based on a finding that information is illegal or breaches our terms or guidelines. That includes removing content, disabling access to it or restricting its visibility, suspending or terminating your account or all or part of your access to Fluxer, and suspending, terminating or restricting your ability to monetize activity.

Out-of-court dispute settlement

The DSA's out-of-court settlement rules don't apply to us either. Section 6.2 of our terms explains how you can still take a dispute to a certified dispute settlement body, and that we engage in good faith with whichever certified body you choose.

The European Commission publishes the list of certified bodies.

A body's decision isn't binding on us, and we may decline to take part if a body has already resolved a dispute about the same information and on the same grounds.

Nothing here affects your right to go to court.
