Yes. The Fluxer desktop app for macOS is one universal app that runs on both Intel and Apple silicon Macs with macOS 13 Ventura or later. Fluxer also has apps for Windows, Linux, iOS and Android, and you can use it in your web browser too.
Which macOS version does Fluxer need?
The desktop app needs macOS 13 Ventura or later, on any Intel or Apple silicon Mac that can run it, and Macs with older versions of macOS can't install it.
Do I need a different download for an Intel Mac?
No. The download page has a link for Apple silicon and one for Intel, and both give you the same universal app. In October 2026 we fixed a bug that stopped the app from opening on Intel Macs after an update. If it still doesn't open for you, try a clean reinstall.
Is the Mac app notarized?
Yes. We sign every release of the Mac app with our Apple Developer ID, and Apple notarizes it. Apple checks a notarized app for known malware before macOS lets you open it.
