No. Fluxer's community tools have no onboarding, welcome screen, rules gate, auto roles or reaction roles, so many communities use bots for roles and welcomes.
Does Fluxer have onboarding?
Fluxer has no built-in onboarding flow, welcome screen or rules gate that new members click through before they can chat, and onboarding isn't on Roadmap 2026. You can ask for it on Fluxer Feedback, where other people can vote for it too.
What a community can set up today is a verification level, which decides who can send messages. "Low" needs a verified email address, "Medium" also needs an account that's at least 5 minutes old, and "High" also needs 10 minutes of membership. The owner, bots and members with at least one role skip the check. A community can also set a rules channel, and a system channel where a message shows up when someone joins.
Does Fluxer have auto roles or reaction roles?
They aren't built in, but bots can do both. A bot can give a role when someone joins and give or remove one when someone reacts, and many communities add a bot for this.
Bots can't use buttons, menus or slash commands yet, but slash commands, buttons and other components for bots are planned for 2026 in Roadmap 2026, item 6.
