What is Chat Control, and does it affect Fluxer?Chat Control is a nickname for two EU laws about child sexual abuse online. As of October 2026, neither requires apps to scan your messages. Fluxer doesn't scan for child abuse material, and fluxer.com's only automated checks look for spam, coordinated abuse, taken-over accounts, harmful links and explicit images.
What is the KIDS Act, and does it apply to Fluxer?The KIDS Act is a US bill about children's safety and privacy online. As of October 2026 it isn't law, and the text the House passed wouldn't make Fluxer verify your age.
Will Fluxer be forced to verify my age with a face scan or ID?Fluxer never asks for ID or face scans. Where a law needs age checks we don't do, we restrict fluxer.com in that region, and here's how today's laws treat apps like Fluxer.
