When you unlock mature content in the UK or Brazil with an age range, Fluxer keeps only that you're 18 or older and when we got it. We never get your date of birth, your exact age, a photo of your face, an ID or the name or email address on your Apple Account or Google Account. If the range says you're under 18, the app sends us nothing.
What does the app for iPhone and iPad send?
For each press, the app creates a one-time App Attest key and signs the result with it so our servers can confirm it came from our app on a real Apple device. We delete that key as soon as we've checked the result, and we keep nothing else from App Attest.
What does the app for Android send?
The app sends the result with a Play Integrity token, and we send that token to Google to confirm the request came from our app installed from Google Play on a real Android device. The token has a one-way code made from the request and doesn't tell Google your result, and Google handles the token under Google's privacy policy.
The app also passes along Google Play's short code for how Google set the age on your account. Our servers only check that it's one of the values listed on Google's page for app developers, and they never use the code for anything or store it.
Can I see or remove what Fluxer keeps?
It's included in your data export, and you can remove it at any time with "Remove age range" in the web app or the desktop app. Deleting your account also deletes it.
