No. Search engines can't find your messages on Fluxer, and Fluxer will never publish messages from DMs, group DMs or regular chat channels on the web. The only channels planned to be public are forum channels that a community creates as public and announcement channels that a community chooses to publish, one channel at a time.
Can people find my Fluxer messages on Google?
No. Every page of the Fluxer web app tells search engines not to index it or follow its links, and search engines don't list your messages, communities or profile. Threads, forum channels and media channels are only visible in the apps.
Will Fluxer make my messages public?
Fluxer will never publish messages from your DMs, group DMs or chat channels on the web, as Roadmap 2026, item 5 says, even after public forums arrive.
Public forums are planned, and the plan is to have an experimental draft out before the end of 2026. Anyone will be able to read a public forum without an account and find its posts in search engines. Everyone who posts in a public forum will be able to see that it's public before they write anything. Announcement channels may also get a public page with RSS and Atom feeds, but only when the community turns that on for that one channel.
Can a private forum become public later?
No. A community will choose whether a forum channel is public when it creates the channel, and a private forum channel won't be able to become public later. The forum channels that exist today aren't public, and they won't become public.
Will AI write or summarize public forums?
No. A public forum page will show only the posts and replies that people in the community wrote themselves, with no AI-written summaries or picks.
