No. Fluxer doesn't verify ages and never asks for or accepts ID, selfies or face scans, even when someone reports you as under age. A person on our team looks at the report, and if we act on your account, you can appeal by email without sending ID.
Someone reported me as under age. Do I have to send ID?
No. Section 11 of our privacy policy says we never ask for or accept ID documents, selfies, videos of your face, facial age estimation or biometric scans, and that includes age appeals. If you send us ID anyway, we delete it and don't use it for anything.
A person on our team looks at each report about age and considers the context, and we only act when we have reason to believe the account holder is under the minimum age for their country. We keep the identity of the person who reported you confidential, with only the exceptions in section 8 of our community guidelines.
Will Fluxer ask for a face scan?
No, Fluxer will never ask you for a face scan. The only age check Fluxer ever offered was an optional zero-amount card check for people in the UK, and it didn't use any ID or face scan. We have since removed it because only a few people used it.
Community directories, bot lists and other sites that use the Fluxer name aren't run by Fluxer. If one of them asks for a face scan, that check is theirs and has nothing to do with your Fluxer account. Our official sources list which sites and accounts are ours.
How do I appeal if my account is being deleted because of my age?
If we have reason to believe you're under the minimum age, we schedule your account for deletion, as section 11 of our privacy policy says. To appeal, email appeals@fluxer.com from the email address on your account and say why you disagree, but don't send ID.
A person on our team reads and decides every appeal. Making a new account to get around the decision isn't allowed, and the new account can be banned too, so appeal instead.
